About the Event

*This event is for NEONSG members only. REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED!*

Join NEONSG for a neurodivergent-friendly Lyra class with instructor Christen Stahl of Carbon Wellness Ohio!

Lyra (or aerial hoop) is an acrobatic art form using a metal circle suspended from the ceiling. It’s a great activity for neurodivergent people because it provides firm, grounding pressure and uses predictable movements. You’ll have the chance to explore how your body fits into the hoop through structured poses and shapes in a low-pressure environment. Come hang out and try something new with us; NEONSG member Suzy (@suzith.) will be there to help!
